Release and constant form
This is a form that people sign so that you can use them in your picture and you can use the image in whatever way. The person or thing you taking a picture of giving you permission for them to be in the picture. The things that are on a release and consent form are the name of the model, the use of the picture, what you can do with the picture, the photographers name. You can also have a release and consent forms of location especially if it is privet property.
One thing that could affect me taking pictures in public places are the public, different religions, the age of the public e.g children, the use a telephoto lens because you could take a photo of someone without them knowing, taking pictures of companies/ logos due to copyright.
Legal and Ethical
thinking about representation, you have to be conscious of showing someone how they don't want to be represented e.g misrepresent, misrepresent companies, misrepresent religion or ethnicity or disabilities, breaking copyright, not discriminate people,
